Mix the sugar and water
Bring to a boil and stir until the sugar has dissolved
Continue cooking until, when you lift a spoon with the mixture, it forms a thread
Add the coconut and eggs
Bring to a boil again
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture comes away from the sides of the pan or maintains its shape
Add a few drops of red food coloring, remove from heat and let cool completely
Mold into raspberry shapes with the mousse and place two paper leaves on either side of the cabin
Dust with powdered sugar and place one in each muffin tin liner
Let set for about 34.
