12 leaves or 2 packets of unflavored gelatin
1/2 cup orange juice
1 tablespoon grated orange peel
2 cups mango puree
2 cups sugar

Let the gelatin soften in cold orange juice
Bring the mango puree and sugar to a boil with constant stirring
Let it simmer for 10-12 minutes without stopping
Remove from heat, stir for about 5 minutes to let it cool slightly
Add the softened gelatin, stirring well to dissolve
Pour into a 20cm square greased dish
Refrigerate overnight or at room temperature
Cut into squares.
