Grind the strawberries and cook them with the seeds in 1/2 liter of water
Strain through a sieve
Calculate 750g of sugar for 500g of strawberries
Cook the strawberries with the sugar and add the lime juice and softened gelatin powder in 1/2 cup of water

Add the almonds and vanilla sugar
