2 cups of desiccated coconut
1 1/2 cup of chocolate chips

Place the ricotta in a bowl, add the sugar and 1 1/2 cups of coconut
Mix well
Divide the mixture into two equal parts and place in two bowls
In one of the bowls, add half of the chocolate (3/4 cup)
Shape the ricotta mixture into white balls and the chocolate mixture into separate balls
Place the remaining chocolate in a shallow dish and coat the white balls completely
Dip the chocolate balls in the remaining coconut
Arrange the cakes on a tray and serve
