5 small or 3 large egg whites
2 cups of sugar
1/2 kg of pecans, peeled and ground

Beat the egg whites until frothy and add the yolks one by one, beating continuously
Add the sugar, nuts, and beat for another 5 minutes
Let this mixture rest overnight
Shape into balls and coat in powdered sugar
Bake on greased trays lined with flour.
