2 shots of rum
1 large cashew fruit
1/2 lime cut into wedges

Remove the cashew pulp and cut four thin slices from the center of the fruit
Pit the remaining fruit and place it in a large cup with the lime and cashew cream
Use a muddler to gently mash the mixture
Add ice, rum, and stir until homogeneous
Garnish with reserved cashew slices and serve.
