Dough:
1 3/4 cups of wheat flour
7 tablespoons of butter
1 egg
1 tablespoon of salt.
Filling:
1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup of milk
1 cup of Minas cheese, diced
1 tablespoon of melted butter
3 eggs
Sauce for decorating
Dough:
1 3/4 cups of wheat flour

Dough:
Combine all ingredients to make a dough
Wrap it in plastic film and refrigerate for 30 minutes
Remove and line the empanada molds. Reserve
Filling:
Preheat the oven to 350°F
Blend all ingredients except the sauce in a liquidizer, until smooth
Pour into the lined molds and add some leaves of sauce for decorating
Arrange the empanadas on a baking sheet and bake
When golden brown, remove from the oven and serve.
