Prepare the filling: In a large skillet, cook the ground beef with 1 garlic clove, 2 teaspoons of salt, 1 tablespoon of vinegar, cognac, and sweet paprika until the meat is browned
Add the cooked beans to the skillet with a little bit of broth
For the tomato sauce, fry the garlic and onion until they are caramelized
Remove from heat
Mix in the flour
Add the tomato puree, vinegar, and beef bouillon cube dissolved in hot water
Allow it to simmer, stirring constantly
Add the remaining ingredients and cook for 5 minutes
Prepare the tortillas, place a small amount of filling in the center, roll up, and arrange in a baking dish
Cover with tomato sauce
