4 cups cooked rice

Cut the zucchini into 0.5cm thick slices lengthwise

(Water...) a grill over medium heat
Brush the slices with olive oil and grill for five minutes on each side or until tender. Reserve

In a medium pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat
Sauté the onion for two minutes or until softened
Add the ground beef and cook for eight minutes

Add the green beans and cook for an additional five minutes or until the beef is cooked through
Season with salt and pepper
Remove from heat and let cool

Preheat the oven to medium temperature
Mix the cooked rice with the ground beef, cheese, and slightly beaten eggs
Mold the zucchini slices into a form without leaving any gaps between them

Place the filling and cover with the remaining zucchini slices
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until heated through
Unmold onto a plate and serve
If desired, garnish with green beans passed in butter.
