On each fish fillet, place a thin slice of ham and another of cheese
Roll the fish and brush with anchovy paste and sprinkle with chopped parsley and grated lemon zest
Then, wrap these rolls tightly with toothpicks in breadcrumbs
Fry them thoroughly in plenty of oil or fat so that they are golden brown on both sides
Serve hot, drizzling warm cream over the top.
