Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C)
In a bowl, mix together the flour, egg, milk, olive oil, butter, yeast, and salt
Work the dough until it becomes homogeneous
Roll out the dough with a rolling pin and arrange the salami and mozzarella slices

Roll up like a croissant and brush with the beaten egg
Place in a rectangular baking dish greased with olive oil and bake for approximately 20 minutes or until golden brown
Serve the salamie roll hot or cold.
