Ingredients
5 ripe tomatoes
1/2 head of garlic
6 tablespoons olive oil
2 slices of bread
1/2 cup toasted almond butter
1/2 cup dry white wine
500g of cod cut into large pieces
300g of clams
300g of mussels, cleaned and medium-sized

2 1/2 cups fish stock
3 tablespoons chopped parsley

Heat the oven to a high temperature
Place tomatoes and garlic in a baking dish
Bake for 30 minutes
Distribute three tablespoons of olive oil on the bread slices and place in the oven until golden brown

Remove tomato and garlic peels
In a food processor, process the tomato, garlic, bread, and almond butter
In a pot, heat the remaining olive oil, add the tomato mixture, wine, and cook for six minutes

Add cod, clams, mussels, salt, pepper, and fish stock
Cook for 20 minutes
Turn off the heat, sprinkle parsley and serve
