Mix together the tomatoes, green onion, garlic, salt, black pepper, vinegar, and basil
Stir well
Cover and let it sit at room temperature for 2 hours before using
To serve, stir well and serve with cooked and drained spaghetti

This sauce can also be used to season salads
If you want to use this sauce for a Margherita pizza, remove the vinegar from the above recipe
Place the sauce over the pasta (or pão de fôrma), add mozzarella and bake.
