Clean the shrimp and sauté them with oil and all seasonings
Add the tomatoes without skin or seeds
Simmer the shrimp heads in a pot (from the shells) with one cup of water
Drain and add to the sautéed shrimp
When the sauce thickens, add the previously cooked spaghetti, stir quickly for a moment, and serve sprinkled with shredded cheese.
