500 g of spaghetti
6 slices of bacon
1 chopped onion
3 crushed garlic cloves
4 peeled and seeded tomatoes
1 cup of fresh parsley, chopped
1 cup of toasted pecans, chopped
Salt and olive oil to taste

Cook the spaghetti according to manufacturer's instructions
While that's cooking, fry the bacon in its own grease
Add the onion and garlic and sauté until they're soft
Combine the tomatoes, parsley, salt, pecans, and cook for 15 minutes
Drain the spaghetti, drizzle with olive oil, and add the Pecan sauce.
