Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions; drain and place in a 8-cup capacity baking dish coated with butter
While the spaghetti cooks, melt the butter or margarine over low heat in a medium saucepan
Add the flour and paprika; cook, stirring constantly, until the mixture forms bubbles
Gradually add the milk, then the liquid from the mushroom can, adding enough water to equal 1 cup
Continue cooking and stirring until the sauce thickens
Add the diced turkey breast and mushrooms
Place the cream sauce over the macaroni and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese
Bake in a medium oven for 1 hour.
