    Cook 1 kg of rice as usual. Process 300 g of beef twice through a meat grinder, along with plenty of tomato extract, finely chopped onion, bell pepper, parsley, and so on. Add the sauce to the rice. Then, add a box of seedless grapes, 100 g of salami or prosciutto finely chopped, a can of chopped pecans, reserving some for garnishing. Add 4 tablespoons of biscuit flour and 4 tablespoons of grated cheese. Shape the rice into a decorative form with peas, pecans, and green olives. Unmold and garnish with lettuce.
