In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat and sauté the garlic until golden brown
Add the cherry tomatoes, salt, and black pepper
Stir gently to combine
Simmer for 2 minutes, then stir in the cream cheese until melted
Remove from heat and fold in the chopped parsley and grated Parmesan cheese
Combine with cooked pasta and serve immediately.
