Wash the fava beans well and cut them into strips
Gently boil them in salted water
Drain
Heat the olive oil in a pan, add the garlic and let it brown
Add the fava beans and stir well
Add the wheat flour while stirring constantly to distribute it evenly
When the fava beans are cooked but still firm (al dente), drizzle with vinegar and let it simmer for a few minutes
