1 red or green bell pepper, seeded and chopped into small pieces

50g of smoked bacon, cut into small pieces

4 wooden skewers, each approximately 25cm long

Preheat the oven to a hot temperature (200°C)
Season the beef with salt and black pepper to taste
Assemble the skewers by alternating between pieces of beef, bell pepper, onion, and bacon until all ingredients are used up
If desired, interleave with bay leaves
Place the skewers on a baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes, turning the skewers halfway through
Serve with rice
