1 pear (180 g)
3 bananas
2 slices of pineapple in syrup
12 maraschino cherries
2/3 cup of orange juice
8 tablespoons of lemon juice
1/3 cup of cashew nut cream
2 tablespoons of honey
3 tablespoons of chopped pecans
To serve with:
1/2 cup of fresh whipped cream (120 g) or 3/4 cup of canned whipped cream (180 g)

1 tablespoon of cashew nut cream
1 pear (180 g)

Peel the pear
Cut it in half and remove the seeds
Cut each half into 4 pieces
Peel the bananas and cut each one into 4 or 5 pieces
Cut each pineapple slice into 4 pieces
Place the fruits in a bowl
Mix the lemon and orange juices with cashew nut cream
Add to the fruits and mix well
DRAIN the fruits and place them alternately on skewers
Brush with honey
Sprinkle with pecans
Grill for about 4 minutes, turning once, until slightly caramelized
Serve with whipped cream mixed with coconut milk and cold cashew nut cream
Yield: 4 skewers.
