In a bowl, combine the mango cubes and pour in the orange juice and white wine
Let it marinate for a few minutes

Heat the butter on a grill until melted
Grill the mango cubes until golden brown

In a pan, combine the red fruit, heavy cream, and marinade from the mango
Simmer until the sauce thickens slightly. Reserve
