1 package of unflavored natural gelatin (found at health food stores)
1 cup of hot water to dissolve the gelatin + 1 cup of cold water
Fruit pieces of your preference
1 tablespoon of flaxseed (found at health food stores)
1 tablespoon of ginger with skin, grated (found at health food stores)
Cubes of ice

1 tablespoon of flaxseed (found at health food stores)
1 tablespoon of ginger with skin, grated (found at health food stores)
Cubes of ice
Dissolve the gelatin in hot water
Mash the fruit pieces and blend them in a blender
Add the cold water, ice, and flaxseed, mixing well
Pour the mixture into a jar and refrigerate.
