450 g of lean beef cut into cubes
450g of chicken breast cut into cubes
1 zucchini cut into cubes
1 red bell pepper cut into cubes
1 yellow bell pepper cut into cubes
1 onion cut into cubes
Butter for brushing
Sauce
2 tablespoons (chips) of orange juice
1 tablespoon (chip) of balsamic vinegar
2 teaspoons of oregano
Salt and pepper to taste

Alternate the cubes of meat, chicken, zucchini, bell peppers, and onion to form skewers
Brush with butter, place in a baking dish lined with aluminum foil
Roast in a preheated oven at 400°F for about 20-25 minutes or until golden brown on both sides
Sauce
In a saucepan mix together the orange juice, balsamic vinegar, oregano, salt, and pepper
Bring to a simmer and let cook until slightly thickened
Let cool and brush the skewers with the sauce after roasting
