4 corn fritters
1/4 cup melted butter or margarine
Parmesan or Provolone cheese, grated
4 corn fritters

Remove the husks and silk from the corn fritters
Dunk them in boiling water seasoned with salt
Simmer for 5 minutes
Drain
Baste with butter and sprinkle with cheese
Bake in a hot oven for 10 minutes
Serve in quarters.
