Blend the mango with the orange juice, reserving some cubes for garnish
Hydrate the gelatin in cold water and melt it over low heat, stirring constantly
Then, blend it into a liquidizer
Add the yogurt, powdered pectin, and blend until smooth
Chill in the refrigerator until set
Beat the egg white until stiff peaks form, then fold gently into the mixture
Finally, chill for about 3 hours.
