1/2 cup of butter
2 medium onions, finely chopped
1 kg of filet mignon, cut into strips
1/4 cup of ketchup
2 tablespoons of English brown sauce
1 tablespoon of mustard
1 cup of heavy cream
Salt and black pepper to taste

In a large skillet (preferably iron or with a thick bottom), melt the butter and cook the onion until it's golden brown
Add some of the meat and fry until it loses its red color
Remove with a spatula and repeat the process until all the meat is cooked
Remove the meat from the skillet and reserve
Add to the skillet ketchup, English brown sauce, mustard, and heavy cream
Let it heat up and add the fried meat
Mix well and season
Serve immediately
