Cut the chicken into slices and place in a baking dish
Put it in a medium preheated oven and bake until golden brown
Remove from the oven and grate the slices coarsely. Reserve
Separate garlic cloves, peel them, and finely chop them
Heat oil mixed with butter and add garlic, cook until transparent and starting to brown
Add grated chicken and parsley, mix well and remove from heat
Serve at room temperature.
