3 tablespoons of cilantro
2 pounds of charque
1 pound of fava
8 ounces of chopped bacon
5 ripe tomatoes
3 cloves of garlic, minced 2 bell peppers, diced
2 teaspoons of paprika 1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 pinch of salt
Black pepper to taste
3 tablespoons of cilantro
2 pounds of charque
1 pound of fava
8 ounces of chopped bacon

Boil the charque and fava separately for three consecutive times
Place the fava in a pot, cover it with water, and cook until slightly tender
Grate the charque and add it to the fava
Cover with water
When boiling, add the bacon and bell peppers
Add the tomato, onion, paprika, garlic, cilantro, salt, and black pepper
Cook for 1 hour and serve with rice.
