In a pressure cooker, cook the beans in water for about 35 minutes
Aquatic the oil in another pan
Melt the garlic and brown it slightly
Add the scallion, celery leaves, and sauté for 2 minutes
Add the beans and broth
Season with salt and simmer for 10 minutes
Serve hot.
