1/2 red bell pepper cut into thin strips
1 small onion cut into fine rings
2 cups of broccoli florets
1 cup of cauliflower florets
1/2 cup of jicama, seeded and cut into thin slices
1/2 cup of Oriental-style salad dressing
1/4 cup of water
1/2 spoon curry powder in a pod
1/2 red bell pepper cut into thin strips
1 small onion cut into fine rings
2 cups of broccoli florets
1 cup of cauliflower florets
1/2 cup of jicama, seeded and cut into thin slices
1/2 cup of Oriental-style salad dressing
1/4 cup of water
1/2 spoon curry powder in a pod
In a bowl, mix the bell pepper with the onion, broccoli, cauliflower, and jicama
Set aside
In a small pan, combine the Oriental-style salad dressing with the water and curry powder
Bring to a simmer
Remove from heat and pour over the salad
Mix well and let it rest for 15 minutes
Serve.
