2 cups of black beans (400g)
4 large collard green leaves, chopped into strips
3/4 cup of finely chopped onion
1/2 cup of olive oil
4 cloves of garlic, pressed
2 tablespoons of chopped fresh cilantro
2 tablespoons of freshly squeezed lime juice
1 tablespoon of all-purpose flour
Salt and black pepper to taste

Cook the black beans normally
When it's almost ready, add the collard greens and cook for an additional 5 minutes
Fry the onion in olive oil, then add the garlic and salt
Add this mixture to the black beans with the cilantro
Mix the lime juice with the flour and pour it over the black beans
Cook slowly until the mixture thickens slightly
Check the seasoning and serve hot.
