Pressure cook the feijoada beans
Drain and set aside
Sauté the onion and cilantro in butter until fragrant
Add the cooked feijoada beans and stir well
Mix thoroughly
Add the cassava flour, stirring well to heat evenly over low heat
Season with salt to taste
Serve warm, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
