Cook the beans in low heat, using a pressure cooker with 2 1/2 liters of water (leave 25 minutes from the boiling point)
Drain and reserve 1 1/2 liter of broth
Fry the garlic in olive oil until golden brown and combine it with the beans
Season with salt, add sugar, coconut milk, and reserved broth
Pass everything through a blender
Return to heat and let it simmer until slightly thickened
Serve with African-style codfish
