450g of lean chicken breast cut into small pieces
3 ripe tomatoes
1 can of baked beans in tomato sauce
12 tablespoons of bean and chicken broth
1 chicken stock
1 teaspoon of salt and another of cumin
1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon and 1/2 of red pepper flakes.

Heat the olive oil to medium-low temperature
Add the onion and let it caramelize (between three and five minutes)
Add the chicken breast and wait for it to brown (another five minutes)
Add the remaining ingredients
Stir until the mixture reaches a simmer, then reduce heat and let cook for 20 minutes.
