1/2 cup of vinegar (120 ml)
2 large onions (300 g), cut into pieces
2 medium red peppers (260 g), cut into pieces
1 tablespoon of mustard
1 tablespoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of pepper sauce
1 medium rabbit (1.5 kg), cleaned, cut into pieces
1 small mango (290 g) without the thicker stems, cleaned, washed, and drained

In a blender, beat all the ingredients except for the rabbit and mango until smooth
Transfer to a large pot and add the rabbit pieces
Bring to high heat and let it simmer
Reduce the heat, cover, and cook until the rabbit is tender (approximately 45 minutes)
Add the mango (reserve some leaves for garnish) and cook until slightly tender (approximately 1 minute)
Transfer to a serving dish, garnish with mango, and serve
