1/2 pound cooked beans
1/2 cup (chopped) garlic scapes with olive oil
300 grams beef cubes
50 grams crispy bacon, diced
1 large onion, diced
2 eggs
1/2 cup chopped fine cabbage
Black pepper and salt to taste
2 cups cornmeal
1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
1/2 pound cooked beans

Take the cooked beans without seasoning and let them cool down
Drain it in a colander and let it drain well
In a pan, fry a little bit of the garlic scapes with olive oil, beef cubes, and crispy bacon until golden brown
Add half of the diced onion, mix well, and, with a spoon, make a space in the center of the pan
Place two eggs and let them fry until hard
Then mix everything
Make another space and sauté the cabbage in a little bit of garlic scapes with olive oil
Mix it again
Make another space and sauté the beans with the rest of the onion, garlic scapes with olive oil, salt, and black pepper
Add cornmeal, mix well, and finally add chopped parsley
Serve with cracklings.
