1/2 kg of soybeans, split

2 chopped onions
50g of bacon, diced
250g of paio and linguiça sausage slices

Let the beef or pork sit overnight in cold water
Change the water several times
Soak the soybeans as well
Drain and set aside
Add the soybeans, beef or pork, and pork ribs to a large pot with cold water
Cook until the meat is tender
Drain and reserve
Drain the soybeans and remove any skins
Add to a pressure cooker with cold water
Cook for 1 hour
Drain and reserve
Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat
Add chopped onion and bacon
Add the cooked beef or pork, paio, linguiça sausage, and soybeans to the pan
Season with rosemary, lemon juice, and enough water to cover
Bring to a boil, then simmer for 20 minutes
Check if more salt is needed
Thicken by adding a little of the cooking liquid to the flour
Serve hot.
