Choose and wash the pig's feet and let them soak in water for one day and another
Drain and rinse them
Put the water in a pot and bring it to a boil
Add the pig's feet and let them cook for about 30 minutes
Add the beef and marrow bones and let them cook for another 30 minutes
Add the smoked ham, bacon, and pork ribs and simmer with the lid on for 1 hour
Add the carrots, onion, and leek stalks and simmer for another 30 minutes
Then add salt and potatoes and simmer for another 30 minutes
Serve the broth and meats and vegetables separately.
