Clean the fried legumes and cut into squares
Dust with seasoned flour
Dredge in butter
Peel the potatoes and cut into four parts
Cut the carrots into slices
Place the tomatoes in a pan with a little water
Let it cook for about 5 minutes
Put the fried legumes and vegetables in a pan
Pour the tomato mixture over the top
Cover and put in the oven
Bake until everything is tender
In the last 10 minutes, remove the cover from the baking dish
Serve in 4 portions.
