4 slices of bacon cut into squares
2 tablespoons of chopped onion
2 tablespoons of chopped green pepper
1/2 pound of chicken cutlet
1/4 cup of all-purpose flour
to taste salt and pepper
1 cup of red wine
1/3 cup of stuffed olives

Fry the bacon until it's crispy
Remove from the pan and reserve
Add the onion and green pepper to the grease remaining in the pan
Fry until they're soft but not too brown
Pass the chicken cutlets quickly through the pan
Season with salt and pepper
Add the wine and olives
Cover and cook for a few minutes until the chicken is cooked to your liking
Remove the rice, place the chicken in the center, and sprinkle with reserved bacon
Serve 4 ways.
