1 kg of peeled cucumbers, cut lengthwise

Remove the seeds from the cucumbers with a spoon
Melt half of the butter in a skillet
Place the cucumber halves, pour in 1/2 cup of water and cook, covered, for 15 minutes
Grind one half of the chicken filling using a meat grinder and cut the other half into small pieces
Fry the chicken pieces in the remaining butter
Remove the chicken and fry the finely chopped onion until transparent
Combine the ground chicken and chopped chicken
Add all seasonings and mix well
Let it fry until it's dry
Dissolve the wheat flour in cold milk and add to the remaining ingredients in the skillet
Cook, stirring, until a thick sauce forms
Add the cheese and stir until melted
Stuff the cucumber halves with the mixture and serve hot
Serve 4 portions.
