Boil the pork knuckle bones in about 3/4 liter of lightly salted water
Fry the rump steak piece in a mixture of butter and olive oil until tender and set it aside in a warm place; place the pork knuckle bones on top of the meat
Fry the green onion, until golden brown, in the same pan where the meat was fried
Add the red wine and beef extract powder
Let it cook at high heat
Add 1 cup of water and thicken the sauce with a little cornstarch.
