Season the strips with lemon juice, salt, and pepper

Fry the strips and grease the bottom of a pyrex dish
Cook the cauliflower and place it on top
In a bowl, mix chicken broth, milk, onion, cream, two tablespoons of flour, two eggs, salt, and pepper
Spread over the cauliflower
Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes.
