Season the chicken with salt and black pepper. Reserve
In a large microwave-safe bowl, place 1/4 cup of butter and onion
Cook in the microwave on high for 4 minutes or until the onion is tender
Add parsley and chicken
Cook in the microwave on high for 13 minutes, stirring halfway through. Reserve
In a medium-sized bowl, combine the remaining butter and sliced bananas
Cook in the microwave on high for 5 minutes or until the banana is tender
Cover the chicken with this sauce and serve hot.
