1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breast cut into 6 slices
2 cloves of garlic, minced

1/4 cup all-purpose flour (30g) seasoned with 1 teaspoon salt and pepper to taste

For the cheese sauce:
2 bread slices without crust
1 cup shredded cheese (200g)
2 tablespoons sweet paprika
1 cup milk (240ml)
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened

Precalve the oven to 400°F (200°C)
Grease a medium-sized baking dish with butter and set aside
Season the chicken slices with garlic and salt
Dredge the chicken in seasoned flour and place it in the prepared baking dish
Bake for about 20 minutes, basting with melted butter from time to time until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through
To make the cheese sauce: Blend in a blender the bread, cheese, and paprika
In a separate pan, warm the milk with butter and salt
Add it to the blender and blend until smooth
Assemble the dish by placing the chicken on a serving tray and covering it with the cheese sauce
