3 tablespoons of English BBQ sauce
6 chicken fingers
Salt to taste

Season the chicken fingers with salt
Melt the butter and add the chicken
Cook over low heat until the meat is tender
Add the English BBQ sauce, stir well, and remove from heat
Serve 6 portions
Note: Serve with stuffed tomatoes or hash browns.
