Preheat the oven
Place the fish fillets in a refractory dish, greased and seasoned with salt and pepper to taste
Spread tomato sauce over each fillet and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese
Brush with melted butter
Bake in moderate oven without covering for 15-20 minutes or until the fish is cooked and tender.
