Preheat the oven to moderate temperature (180°C)
Grease a large refractory dish
Wash the fish fillets in salty water
Dry them
Arrange them in a single layer, in the dish
Sprinkle with cheese
Top with tomato slices
Sprinkle with oregano, salt, and pepper
Bake for about 15 minutes or until the fish is cooked through
Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
