Defrost the fish according to the package instructions
Season with salt and lemon, and let it marinate for about 10 minutes
If desired, add a few drops of English Worcestershire sauce as well
Then roll up the fish and skewer them with toothpicks
Place the rolls in a baking dish and drizzle with melted butter, also placing a small piece on top of each fillet
Pour white wine over everything
Bake in a preheated oven (15-20 minutes)
Serve immediately after removing from the oven, accompanied by white rice, and that sauce served alongside in a gravy boat
Melt 50g of butter in a pan and let it simmer slightly
Add 2 tablespoons of hot paprika, 2 level tablespoons of wheat flour, 1 cup of cream, and, while stirring constantly, 1 cup of beef broth (tablets also acceptable)
Let it come to a boil, then reduce the heat, taste for salt, and just before serving, add 2 tablespoons of hot lemon juice
